ACTUS Technology, Inc have launched timeXchange.net, a member-based, on-line timesheet exchange for individuals and teams who are required to submit, route, approve and collect project time-tracking details.
We had recently featured them in our Applications listings.
It is currently in public-beta and the developers would welcome any sort of feedback - comments, critiques, suggestions. You can reach them at the NEO Binaries discussion forum where they have posted news about their product launch.

timeXchange.net adds to the momentum that SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) applications have and will accelerate interest in the pay as you use concept.
timeXchange.net looks like a very well rounded application for managing a project in its entirety. It manages timesheets, invoices or expense reports.
- A user can either be an employee or a manager/administrator. While registering he chooses the option either submitting or approving the reports.
- Employees can enter time schedules for a variety of reasons such as billable, sick, vacation, training, etc. With the hourly charges already added to the system it calculates the billing automatically for that employee and these reports can be generated in different time frames. They can also add their expenses incurred.
- The manager can check these reports and accordingly approve them or disapprove them. The cumulative data from his entire team enables him to bill his clients. He can manage multiple projects/teams and clients in this manner. He can also forward the reports for approval from superiors or the accounts for processing.
- Adding team members is a simple invitation by email.
- You can generate and study report according to project or even individual employees.
- You can export data to virtually any other application.

timeXchange is very useful as it provides a single application that can serve multiple organizational affiliations and back-office applications simultaneously.
According to Actus, “The old answer was a timesheet application for each organization or departmental application. The new answer is timeXchange.net”.
