SpaceTime - Your 3D search at the speed of thought!
Monday, June 11, 2007
Social Bookmark thisClick to Social Bookmark-dangiankit
What is 3D search? It’s quite simple and yet a bit tricky to explain the concept. While constantly surfing on the web, from one link to the other, you keep opening new pages on new windows or say in newer tabs. This process keeps on going until you fall prey to boredom and finally stop your browsing activity. By this time you realize that you've opened many, in fact lots of windows/tabs and simply loaded your system with a huge number of web pages. You end up closing all the web pages all at one go!

Aren't you tired of all this? Don't you want to save your time, your space? Well, I do. I definitely don't want to lose my time on all the very assorted sites on the World Wide Web that my browser keeps me popping up at me.

New foonz 'Schedule a call feature'

Foonz the online service offering conference calls has now introduced a new facility to schedule group calls. You can still start an instant group call any time you want, but now you can also schedule calls on foonz.

We had featured foonz earlier here at NEO Binaries when it was in beta. You can check out the foonz application listing here.

How to schedule a group call on Foonz

When you schedule a call, foonz will notify everyone in your group by email and/or text message, and give them the date/time and number to call. Then 15 minutes before the call starts, foonz will send a reminder notification. The call will start automatically, and anyone from the group who dials in will be able to join the call immediately. Remember, on any foonz call you can leave a message just for the people who couldn't join your call by pressing 3 at the end of your conversation.

Social Bookmark thisClick to Social Bookmark-dangiankit
The first few words which every technical writer starts with are no less than "Hello, World!", but thats the difference which I probably want to make today. Yes, this is my first post here at NEO Binaries and I would like to start up with something "new and different" as the word NEO stands for!

Ideawicket is what I am going to start with today. Ideawicket.com is a website for you with the "Aha!" attitude, innovation and invention.

If you have a conceptual prototype, that you want to share with the rest of the world just as Archimedes did, land up at Ideawicket.com. The name IdeaWicket is derived from the words “idea” and “wicket” (a gate or a door); thus the reference is to a gateway for ideas. It is a solution to the ever growing trend of Ideas which is the key motivator for Indian Markets towards selling their most valuable capital - Indian expertise. It’s an idea developed at Ideawicket Innovations Private Limited, New Delhi.

Google launches the subscription based ‘Google Apps Premier’, Microsoft welcomes the competition
Friday, February 23, 2007
Social Bookmark thisClick to Social Bookmark-sandip

In a major but expected development Google has presented its subscription based Google Apps named Google Apps Premier. Google Apps Premier consists of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, calendar and Google Talk and though not all that feature packed as compared to Microsoft's Office 2007 it still qualifies as a formidable challenge.

Google's new offering costs $50/user/year and this includes phone support, an uptime guarantee of 99.9% and 10 gigabytes of storage for each e-mail address.

Industry watchers were expecting this any moment now as Google had the similar package being offered for free called Google Apps for the past six months. An estimated 100,000 plus small businesses and universities nationwide are using the free service. Users frowning at the switch to subscription based services can relax. Google has a Standard Edition which is still free though with lesser Email storage capacity at 2 GB and without the reassuring 99.9% guarantee.
