HI,
There is a lot of buzz going around atthe moment to do with web2.0 calendars and portals.
The developemnt team I work for has come up with a solution that is aimed for the small business / comapany.
Its a web 2.0 application. Still in beta.

This is a online portal for a business.
Setup your profiles (eg, sales team, marketing team, designers, whatever) so when they login they get secure access to there parts of the portal that the administrator allows.
Its combining the latest portal tehnology (ajax, drop and drag) with a business need.
You will be able to create a free account and start using staight away.
It has all the features of a lot of these individual applications : document management, calendars, portals, forum, chat all in the one product.
We are looking to open a public beta on the 6th june!

We have just setup a small demo with 3 modules.

We have document management (just like windows explorer) right click menu.
A document search - which searches document content and a small content management module (with edit abilty turned off).
This is only a small sample of whats coming. Next week we will have portaling, calendar, forums , rss and admin functionality to show.
